The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new two-storey house, which is located in the village Omice. The object is situated in a steep terrain, which was used for an architectonic conception of the house – the first floor is from northeast part embedded into the ground. Detached house is roofed by a flat green roof. The main living areas are divided into the social area in first floor and the resting area in second floor. A garage with a storage space and terrace accessible from the living room belongs to the object.

The project is working on a complete documentationon of family house with attic at the documentation for a building construction. The family house is designed for four family members. Built-up area is 185,3m. Roof is gabled with skylight. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Heluz. The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Nemetschek Allplan.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a level-split family house. The building is located in the village Vnorovy on the plot with number 1382. The family house is designed as a two-storey for a family of four. The building has one underground and one above-ground floor. It is based on foundation strips and is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction system of the basement parts is made of lost formwork DEK, the ceiling is made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The construction system of the above-ground parts is made of HELUZ ceramic fittings, the ceiling is again made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The roof is flat. The main entrance is situated on the 1st floor to the vestibule.

The main goal of this diploma thesis „apartment building“ is create project documentation for building construction. This apartment building located in Policka's suburb is designed for 32 people living in 8 apartments. The building is designed as detached house on four floors, without basement. The first floor above the ground is used as a apartment for handicapped people, common rooms, cleaning room, maintenance room, and garages for 5 cars. In the second floor above the ground there are apartments. In the last floor above the ground there are entrance to rooftop and an apartment for 7 people. All floors are connected with staircase and elevator. Bearing and partition walls are lined with ceramic bricks Heluz, heating contact system. Ceiling panel system is designed Spiroll. The roof is flat.

The thesis project is a two-storey motorshow in Ostrava Poruba. It is a detached building with a second floor just above the ground brick part of the ground floor . The building is designed for sales and service of car . In front of the first floor is a shop with WC intended for the customers. Behind this section is on the first floor the facilities for employees , WC , kitchen, two showers and changing rooms . There is also a quick intake for 2 cars. On the second floor are located the office with separate WC . For this part of the building is the last part of a car dealership and service. Here you will find desktop with three separate workning places , part intended for minor repairs , drive trough car wash , paint shop , utility room and a spare parts warehouse . The structural system of the building consists of a steel construction with reinforcing brick core . The cladding of first floor consists from infill brickwork Heluz 20 with contact insulation system . The cladding of second floor from bearing brickwork Heluz P15 30 with a contact insulation system . The construction of the roof deck consists of single-layer straight roof . The supporting structure is made of concrete slab concreting trapezoidal sheet metal deposited on steel lattice girders. The roof deck is insulated with polystyrene EPS 150S . The waterproofing layer is made of two layers of modified bitumen sheet with reinforcements.

Diploma thesis is focused on design and elaboration of detailed design of multifuncional object in Mikulov na Morave, the parcel number 6905, 6910 and 6919. Proposition of the object respects both commune plan and current street buildings. It‘s not supposed to create stress with its shape and size, but complete actual buildings. It has three elevated floors, one basement and mono - pitched roof. Object has laboratories, offices and conference room, it‘s determinate for study purpose.

In basement is used like structural system blocks permanent formwork Diton. Floor slab is made from reinforced concrete. The roof in designed like warm flat roof. The building envelope is designed like contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
